It’s true and no it’s not an April Fool’s joke.  Anyway it was designed to get your attention to a great new collaborative project called WikiHow

Mortise LockThe last few days we have found an enormous amount of information on WikiHow.  This online manual is designed to be a how-to manual for every single person in the world on every single subject.  There is so much information on WikiHow already, from “how to build curving forms for a driveway" to “how to stamp concrete”.   Other how-to articles that you might find interesting are:

How to cut glass
How to change a mortise lock cylinder
How to fix a sticky lock – gosh this is a great tip using graphite powder! Clever.
How to pick a lock – you didn’t learn this from us!

CrododilesThe categories and pages are endless but we suggest you check out WikiHow sometime on how to do just about anything.  Maybe you have something to contribute to this incredible project as well – so get out your writing pen, it’s fun and it’s great to be adding to something this worthwhile.

Chacma BaboonOh by the way, you can learn “how to survive an encounter with a crocodile or alligator" here.  And if you’re looking at that you may want to look at “how to prevent or survive a monkey attack”!  Hmm, I did a search but there was nothing about baboons there – maybe  I need to write something about how to avoid a baboon attack in Cape Point!
