A recent question that landed on our desk came from a reader wanting to know about building directly on bitumen.
"We want to add toilets to our church. The room where we want to add the toilets had plastic tiles stuck to the floor with bitumen. What must we do in preparation to build the toilet walls on the floor that is covered with bitumen?"

Les's advice is as follows:-

There will not be any difficulty building directly on the bitumen.  It will in fact act as a damp proof layer under the wall.

Do not pull the plug out by the Acer TravelMate 2200 Touchpad Driver wire nor touch the plug with wet hands. Most of the discussion on this page handles about the BT878 Conexant bt878 64bit digitally signed driver.

There will also not be any difficulty with tiling directly on the bitumen as tile adhesive will stick to it. No special surface treatment is required.
