We were recently asked how to remove cigarette burns and scratches from a wood floor and Sylvia from Top Seal kindly provided us with the answer. It works really well, especially with bee's wax.

We recommend that you scour the nicotine stains off with an emery board and use bee’s wax to fill any hollows that may occur. Same with scratch marks – fatty crayons, shoe polish, eyebrow pencils or woodfiller products bought at most hardware shops will fill and hide the treated marks.
